Address Changes

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
● The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and with tags/packaging intact).
● Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items

● Health and hygiene products (e.g., toothbrushes, skincare) that have been opened.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email returns@elitetradeshop.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and include the RAN in your package.
4. Ship the package to the return address provided.
Return Shipping Costs
● For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
● For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
● Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
